Take the N2 from Cape Town towards George. Drive over Sir Lowry's Pass and continue straight. After about 20 minutes (beyond Grabouw) you will go over the Houw Hoek Pass. Shortly after Bot River on your left-hand side, you will see a turn-off on your left which takes you on to the R43 to Hermanus. 
 
Take this off-ramp and continue along the R43 past the turn-off to Kleinmond. Pass Fisherhaven, Hawston, Vermont, Onrus and Sandbaai. After the Sandbaai traffic lights you will drive through two further sets of lights before you reach Hermanus town. 
 
Turn right into Albertyn Street and drive up to a traffic circle. This is Marine Drive. Turn left and drive about 140 m. We will be on your left and the sea on your right. Look for the sign Ocean View @ Hermanus.
